About the Role ChargePoint is seeking a Software Services professional focused on the Stations segment of the ChargePoint Platform. You will help customers adopt and optimize platform capabilities to run efficient charging programs, leveraging features such as Intelligent Insights, Waitlist, Station Management, AI Assistance, Turnkey Integrations, Roaming Partners, Mobile App, Telematics, and Deployment Services. What You'll Do
- Implement and configure ChargePoint Platform features for customer charging programs, including platform insights, waitlist, station controls, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations.
- Enable and manage Turnkey Integrations via the ChargePoint open API and 40+ integrations to streamline data sharing.
- Support roaming partnerships to expand where drivers can charge and improve station utilization.
- Collaborate with Services teams on deployment, financing options, expert support, and end-to-end project management to ensure high-quality installations.
- Provide ongoing support and consulting for incentives, site planning, scaling charging programs effectively.
- Ensure compatibility with Level 2 AC and Level 3 DC fast charging offerings for customers. What We're Looking For
- Experience with software platforms and API integrations
- Understanding of EV charging operations and fleet management
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into platform configurations and workflows
- Familiarity with data-driven insights and automation to optimize charging operations Nice to Have
- Experience with ChargePoint or similar charging networks
- Knowledge of roaming networks and data sharing across platforms
