About the Role
We are looking for a Software Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition and grow our client base across Lagos. This is a highly field-based sales role involving regular visits to estates, properties, facility management offices, and other potential client locations. The ideal candidate should be confident, engaging clients face-to-face, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and direct engagement.
- Visit estates, properties, and businesses to meet potential clients and build relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate product benefits.
- Manage leads from initial contact through negotiation and closing.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Keep accurate records of leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and referrals.
- Provide market feedback on customer needs, competition, and pricing.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, real estate, facilities management, technology, or related industries.
- Experience selling software, SaaS, subscriptions, or other technology products is an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales through direct engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working extensively in the field and travelling across Lagos.
- Good knowledge of Lagos and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic CRM/data management skills.
