About the Role Seeking a Software Requirements Analyst to elicit, analyze, elaborate, and specify software requirements across functional, quality, usability, and other nonfunctional aspects. You will study the business context, develop requirements artifacts, and guide cross-functional teams through impact analysis and design refinement. What You'll Do
- Elicit, analyze, elaborate, and specify software requirements (functional, quality, usability, and other nonfunctional).
- Study the business context, stakeholders, systems, and circumstances leading to the software need.
- Develop requirements specifications and related artifacts.
- Facilitate impact analysis for software change requests.
- Interact with subject matter experts, customers, and requirements providers to elicit and clarify business requirements.
- Capture project/product vision through SME interactions.
- Coordinate with requirements providers and Project Manager to prioritize project deliverables.
- Interact with requirement providers, Project Manager, Software Architect(s) and Teams for analysis and elaboration of requirements to appropriate level of detail.
- Develop external design specifications and facilitate Architects and relevant Team Leads to further refine the specification.
- Facilitate the project team in forming a common understanding of requirements and resolving conflicts on requirements.
- Act as an internal requirements provider, suggesting enhancements and improvements to products that provide competitive advantage to i2c and its customers.
- Facilitate Software Architects, Quality Assurance, and relevant stakeholders in requirements validation.
- Participate in process definition and improvement efforts in coordination with Quality Engineering, for relevant process areas.
- Any task assigned by the management.
- Responsible for information security tasks within own work scope.
