About the Role
RAPP is seeking a Software QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions delivered for clients in Mauritius. You will work with product and development teams to define tests, identify defects, and contribute to quality improvements across the SDLC.
What You'll Do

Design and execute test plans and test cases for software products

Perform manual and automated testing across web/mobile platforms as appropriate

Reproduce, triage, and document defects and collaborate with developers to drive resolution

Contribute to the evolution of the QA processes and automation framework

Maintain clear test documentation and provide quality metrics to the team

What We're Looking For

Experience in software quality assurance, with both manual and automated testing

Ability to design test scenarios, write test cases, and report findings clearly

Familiarity with testing tools, frameworks, and basic scripting

Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages

Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and security testing
