YOUR TASKS
- Identify work packages and activities (work break-down structure).
- Coordinate the planning activities and being responsible for preparation, implementation, and verification of the development schedule.
- Coordinate multiple locations and organizations for diverse topics (Romania, India, USA, Mexico)
- Communicate and negotiate directly with customer for Software topics.
- Develop and update project plan considering timing and resources.
- Set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Estimate size and costs
