Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare technology, compliance software, or regulated industries.
-
Experience designing intuitive, self-service product workflows that improve customer adoption and confidence.
-
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for prototyping, wireframing, and improving product management workflows.
-
Experience working in lean product teams that prioritize rapid iteration, independent ownership, and continuous delivery.

-
The ideal candidate is an execution-focused product manager who takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply managing tickets. They are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, identifying risks proactively, and working directly with engineering teams to move features from concept to production quickly. They thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where customer impact, clear requirements, and practical problem-solving take priority over heavy processes.
