Our portfolio includes a multi-petabyte S3 object store and a scale-out NAS platform. You will: Work on all aspects of software development life cycle: planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Author and manage detailed technical specifications Collaborate with product owners, architects, AI agents and other engineers to define and implement technical solutions Coach and mentor more junior team members Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Requirements

• Exceptional programming skills with 5+ years of related experience, preferably in C, C++, Java or Python, demonstrable understanding of programming fundamentals Experience in filesystem/ distributed systems Ability to translate business requirements into precise, unambiguous technical specs Excellent analytical, debugging & problem solving skills Advanced prompting and context engineering to guide AI tools toward desired outputs Experience in software architecture: system design, API design, microservices, distributed systems Desirable
