Job Description
Software Engineer I is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and services. The role works independently on moderately complex tasks, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and contributes to technical design, implementation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Participate in requirements analysis and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and secure code.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and automation tests.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other engineering teams.
- Support production systems and investigate operational issues.
- Follow Agile development practices and engineering standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and development frameworks.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Typically, 2-3+ years of software development experience.

Strong programming skills in one or more technologies including C#, .NET Core, Python, React.js, and TypeScript.

Experience designing and developing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices.

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Experience with source control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and modern software development practices.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
