Position Overview
Join the team that manages the end to end technology and life cycle management of the applications hosted both on premise and in the AWS cloud.
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Manager with 11 to 13 years of experience to join the Data and Analytics Engineering (D&AE) operational effectiveness team. The Manager will oversee the stability and performance of data integration and reporting platforms, including Ab Initio and Informatica. This role involves managing incident resolution, ensuring timely recovery of failed jobs, and coordinating root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. The manager will lead efforts to optimize operational processes, drive migration of reporting solutions to a cloud-based environment and leverage Generative AI to enable automation and self-healing capabilities.
