Role: Join Microsoft's Specialized Clouds AI Innovation team, building AI-powered products from 0→1 for sovereign and regulated cloud environments. You'll work with engineers and mentors on modern AI engineering while turning ideas into production-ready solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain AI-powered software.
- Build features involving AI agents, APIs, prompts, RAG/retrieval, and evaluation.
- Test AI quality, including accuracy, relevance, groundedness, and reliability.
- Use logs, traces, and debugging tools to improve systems.
- Apply secure coding, responsible AI, CI/CD, and observability practices.
