About the Role This role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for client deployments, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with client requirements. It involves analyzing requirements, developing software, validating through tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions. What You'll Do
- Design, test, and maintain software applications for client deployments, ensuring quality parameters are met.
- Gather and analyze requirements, study data flows and work processes, and contribute to software design and SDLC activities.
- Perform coding, develop automated test cases, execute validation scenarios, and fix defects to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with functional teams and project managers to obtain information on software capabilities and ensure timely delivery.
- Document specifications, status updates, and technical details; maintain clear replication steps and code comments.
- Provide regular status updates and maintain strong customer focus; communicate effectively via email/phone during issue resolution.
- Engage in continuous learning and adapt to best practices and new programming languages. What We're Looking For
- Experience with software development lifecycle and end-to-end software delivery.
- Proficiency in coding, debugging, and building test cases/scenarios for software validation.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills; ability to analyze requirements and translate them into design.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills; ability to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with software-hardware interfaces and systems integration; ability to plan installations and updates.
