About the Role The role focuses on designing, testing and maintaining software programs for client deployments while ensuring 100% quality assurance. You will work across the software development life cycle translating requirements into robust software solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems. What You'll Do
- Understand requirements and design the product/software by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas following the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability.
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs; collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts and project managers to obtain information on software capabilities.
