Software Engineer

About the Role The role focuses on designing, testing and maintaining software programs for operating systems or client deployments, ensuring high quality throughout the software development life cycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable software solutions and support client-ready deployments. What You'll Do

• Understand requirements and design the product/software, studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing requirements and collaborating with stakeholders; facilitate SDLC and root cause analysis to resolve issues and improve performance and availability.
• Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs; work with functional teams or systems analysts and project managers to validate capabilities.
• Perform coding to develop and optimize software/modules; evaluate operational feasibility; develop and automate test cases for software validation; fix defects and adapt software to new hardware or interfaces.
• Create comprehensive documentation and reports; ensure coding standards and replication patterns; coordinate with the team on daily progress and provide usability feedback and trace quality risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer focus: capture requirements from clients, respond timely to requests, and ensure on-time delivery; participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
• Prepare for ongoing performance metrics like CI/CD, quality assurance, and reporting. What We're Looking For
