About the Role The role involves designing, testing and maintaining software programs for client deployments, ensuring 100% quality assurance. You will translate requirements into actionable software solutions, work through the software development lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable applications. What You'll Do
- Understand requirements and design software by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigate problems through the software development lifecycle; perform root cause analysis; collaborate with analysts and project managers to obtain software capabilities.
- Perform coding and ensure optimal module development; evaluate operational feasibility; develop and automate validation by designing test cases and executing these; fix defects and improve performance; prepare documentation and reports; coordinate with the team and provide feedback on usability and serviceability.
- Maintain status reporting and customer focus; capture requirements and clarifications from the client; incorporate feedback for on-time delivery; document solutions and ensure clear communication with customers. What We're Looking For
- Experience or familiarity with the software development lifecycle, translation of requirements into feasible design, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain software; proficiency in developing test cases, automating validation, and documenting software solutions.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills; ability to document and report progress; willingness to participate in ongoing learning and skill-upgrades.
