Role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at a client end, ensuring 100% quality assurance parameters. The role involves understanding requirements, design, SDLC activities, root cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test and maintain software solutions for client deployments, translating requirements into feasible design and ensuring quality parameters are met.
- Understand requirements and analyze systems, data usage and workflow; participate in software development life cycle; perform root cause analysis and propose performance improvements; collaborate with functional teams and project managers to align capabilities.
- Execute coding activities, develop automated validation tests, fix defects, and ensure documentation, status reporting and effective team coordination; ensure code quality and usability with clear replication patterns. What We're Looking For
- Experience with software development lifecycle, requirement analysis, design, coding, testing and delivery; ability to translate client requirements into design
- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and ability to perform root cause analysis; familiarity with documenting software and reporting
- Collaboration and communication skills; ability to interact with customers and stakeholders to capture requirements and provide updates Nice to Have
