The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software programs for client deployments, ensuring quality and reliability. You will drive software validation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to optimize performance and availability. What You'll Do

Design, develop, test, and maintain software for client deployments, ensuring quality assurance and reliable performance.

Understand requirements, analyze system flows, data usage and processes, and translate them into feasible designs.

Investigate problem areas across the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis; collaborate with functional teams and project managers on software capabilities.

Perform coding and ensure optimal module development; create and automate test cases; fix bugs and adapt software for new hardware or interfaces.

Prepare reports, documentation and status updates; ensure code quality, adhere to project standards and replication patterns; coordinate with the team for daily status.

Document solutions, flowcharts, diagrams and code comments; maintain clear client-facing communications and timely responses; manage customer interactions and expectations.

Focus on status reporting and customer satisfaction by capturing requirements, soliciting feedback, and ensuring on-time delivery; participate in ongoing learning. What We're Looking For

Experience across the software development life cycle, with ability to design, code, test, validate and deploy software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate client requirements into feasible designs; comfort with root cause analysis.

Experience delivering on-time with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction; willingness to learn new programming languages and best practices.
