About the Role The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for client deployments and ensure they meet quality assurance parameters. You will translate requirements into feasible designs, develop software solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable software. What You'll Do
- Understand requirements and design software by studying information needs, system flows, data usage and work processes.
- Investigate issues across the software development life cycle and facilitate root-cause analysis.
- Develop and automate validation processes by designing test cases and executing them; modify software to fix errors and improve performance.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible designs; collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers.
- Document solutions, maintain code quality, and report status and risks. What We're Looking For
- Experience in software design, development and testing across the SDLC.
- Ability to translate client requirements into feasible designs and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging and root-cause analysis skills; familiarity with testing and validation.
- Effective communication with customers and project managers; ability to document and present technical information clearly.
