About the Role The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which need to be deployed at a client end and ensure they meet quality assurance parameters. What You'll Do
- Understand requirements and design and translate them into feasible software solutions; develop software by studying information needs, system flow and data usage; collaborate with cross functional teams and project managers.
- Code, test and validate software; identify and fix bugs; ensure code quality and adherence to project norms; document and report on progress and status.
- Provide ongoing status updates and maintain a strong client focus; capture requirements, take feedback, and document solutions for client implementation. What We're Looking For
- Experience in software design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and working with stakeholders.
- Ability to translate client requirements into feasible designs; strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with software deployment considerations and customer-facing interactions; proactive problem-solving. Performance Parameters
- Continuous Integration, Deployment and Monitoring of software with 100 percent error-free onboarding and implementation, adherence to release plans.
- Quality and CSAT: on-time delivery, troubleshooting, customer experience, and certification completion for skill upgrades.
- MIS and Reporting: 100 percent on-time MIS and report generation.
