- Design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or client deployments, ensuring 100% quality assurance parameters.
- Understand requirements, design software, and translate client needs into feasible solutions.
- Develop software by studying information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes; participate in the SDLC including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with functional teams and project managers; identify performance improvements and ensure system availability.
- Implement and automate software validation, create test cases, and execute tests; modify code to fix defects and adapt to new hardware or interfaces.
- Produce documentation, status reports, and ensure traceability from client proposal to implementation; maintain clear replication patterns.
- Communicate effectively with customers, capture requirements, and respond promptly to inquiries; pursue ongoing learning and skill development. What We're Looking For
