About the Role The role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at a client site, ensuring high quality and alignment with client needs. - Understand requirements and software design; study information needs, data usage and workflows; participate in the software development life cycle; perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve performance and availability; translate client requirements into feasible designs; collaborate with functional teams and project managers to clarify software capabilities.
- Code development and testing; assess operational feasibility; develop and automate validation processes (test cases/scenarios); fix bugs and enhance performance; plan installations and system modifications; ensure code quality with documentation and replication; coordinate daily project status and provide usability feedback.
- Provide status reporting and maintain customer focus; capture requirements, obtain clarifications, and solicit feedback to ensure timely delivery; engage in continuing education to stay current; document solutions clearly for client understanding; maintain professional communications and timely responses.
- Deliverables and performance metrics include continuous integration, deployment and monitoring; quality and CSAT; and MIS & reporting as per project standards.
