About the Role
The role is to design, test and maintain software programs for client deployments, ensuring adherence to 100% quality assurance parameters. You will translate requirements into robust software solutions, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and availability. What You'll Do

Understand requirements and design software by studying information needs, system flow, data usage and work processes.

Investigate problems and follow the software development life cycle; facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.

Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability; analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible design.

Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts and consult with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities.

Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development; evaluate feasibility, develop and automate test cases/scenarios, and execute them.

Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces; ensure code quality and prepare clear documentation.

Coordinate with the team on daily project status, provide feedback on usability and serviceability, and document quality risks.

Focus on delivering to the customer: capture requirements, incorporate feedback, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain professional client communications. What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of software design, development lifecycle, coding, testing, and debugging practices.

Ability to analyze client requirements and translate into feasible designs; experience working with cross-functional teams.

Good documentation, reporting, and traceability skills; ability to prepare reports and demonstrate solutions clearly.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; proactive in addressing client needs and feedback.

Familiarity with software quality assurance processes and continuous integration/deployment concepts.
