About the Role The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for client deployments and ensure 100% quality assurance parameters.
You will contribute across the software development lifecycle from requirements understanding through design, development, testing and delivery. What You'll Do
- Understand requirements and translate them into effective software designs for client deployments.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage and work processes.
- Investigate problem areas and follow the Software Development Life Cycle to implement fixes.
- Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and identify ideas to improve performance and availability.
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Collaborate with functional teams and project managers to gather information on software capabilities.
- Perform coding and ensure robust module development; evaluate operational feasibility.
- Develop and automate validation by designing test cases and executing them.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces.
- Prepare documentation and reports; ensure clear replication patterns and version-controlled code.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and document interactions and status updates. What We're Looking For
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and strong design and coding skills.
- Experience designing, coding, debugging and maintaining software for client deployments.
- Ability to analyze requirements, perform root cause analysis and propose improvements.
- Experience with automated testing/validation, test case design and execution.
- Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on time.
