About the Role Role focuses on designing, testing and maintaining software for client deployments, ensuring quality and reliability throughout the software development life cycle. You will translate requirements into designs, implement code, test, document, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance and availability. What You'll Do
- Design, test and maintain software programs for client deployments, translating requirements into feasible designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Perform coding and develop/optimize software modules; create and automate test cases; fix bugs; document code and processes; ensure adherence to project norms; contribute to system design and installation planning.
- Conduct status reporting and maintain a customer-focused approach; capture requirements, incorporate feedback, document solutions, and ensure timely delivery; communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality, traceability, and documentation; coordinate with team on daily status; support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. What We're Looking For
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, requirements analysis, design and coding; strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to translate client requirements into designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams; effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with test case design, software validation, documentation, and customer-focused delivery; strong attention to quality.
