- Understand requirements and translate them into software design that meets product goals and customer needs.
- Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigate problems through the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis.
- Analyze client requirements and convert them to feasible design; collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts and confer with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities.
