About the Role The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client end, ensuring 100% quality assurance parameters. What You'll Do
- Understand requirements and design software solutions; study system flow, data usage and work processes.
- Develop software by following the SDLC; perform problem investigation and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to translate requirements into feasible designs.
- Code, debug and optimize software modules; ensure code quality and prepare project documentation.
- Design and automate test cases for software validation; support installation planning and system modifications.
- Prepare status reports and coordinate daily progress; maintain clear documentation and replication patterns.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability; communicate with stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
- Stay current with programming practices; participate in ongoing education and training.
- Deliverables and performance expectations: CI/CD deployment and monitoring with adherence to release plans; quality metrics (CSAT, timely delivery) and MIS reporting. What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software design; ability to translate client requirements into designs.
- Coding, debugging, testing and documentation skills; experience with test case design and automation.
- Ability to analyze information, plan installations or modifications, and document results.
- Effective communication, customer interaction, and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Focus on quality, timely delivery, and continuous learning; able to meet performance metrics and reporting requirements.
