About the Role The role involves designing, testing and maintaining software programs for operating systems or client deployments, ensuring quality assurance targets are met. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, analyze requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver reliable software and maintain performance. What You'll Do
- Design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or client deployments, ensuring quality assurance targets are met.
- Gather and analyze requirements; study system flows, data usage, and work processes; translate requirements into feasible software designs; collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, and project managers.
- Perform coding and module development: evaluate operational feasibility, develop automated test cases and scenarios, troubleshoot defects, fix errors, and ensure code quality; prepare status reports and maintain documentation.
- Plan installations and modifications of existing systems, document solutions with flowcharts and diagrams, and coordinate with team and customers to ensure clear replication patterns and traceability.
- Maintain status reporting and strong customer focus: capture requirements and clarifications, solicit feedback for on-time delivery, document interactions, and respond promptly to customer requests. What We're Looking For
- Experience in software design, development, testing and debugging across the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to translate requirements into design and workable software solutions; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and scenarios, test automation, and software validation; ability to document results.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills; capable of coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving skills, root cause analysis, and focus on performance and quality improvements.
