About the role
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join a remote engineering team of under 20 members. In this role, you will work closely with senior technical staff to build and maintain a core platform that supports critical business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Own features end to end, from design through deployment
- Develop full-stack solutions using modern technologies
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software
- Utilize AI coding tools regularly to enhance development efficiency
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience working remotely within small, agile teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage feature development independently
Compensation:
Salary range from 40 to 70 LPA
