About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a software engineer with 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, including programming in C#. The role involves contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing systems, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, and driving operational precision to create a great customer experience. This position is hybrid and based in Mexico City at WeWork Torre Reforma. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain software using C#.
- Contribute to architecture and design of current and new systems, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality results and best practices.
- Take projects from scoping through launch to delivery, meeting timelines and customer needs.
- Demonstrate leadership in an engineering environment to drive operational precision and best practices.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive customer experience. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience with C#.
- 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; hard-working and able to deliver high-quality results quickly.
- Proven leadership abilities in an engineering environment, driving operational precision and best practices.
- Highly quantitative with good judgment and a passion for building a great customer experience.
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements to launch to delivery.
- English proficiency required.
- Hybrid modality in Mexico City.
