About the Role DV Trading is seeking a Software Engineer to build and improve proprietary trading tools for our DV Commodities trading desks. You will collaborate with developers, tech leaders, traders, and researchers to outline technical needs and deliver platform functionality through iterative development of innovative solutions. What You'll Do
- Build and improve a variety of proprietary trading tools to support the trading desks across the business
- Collaborate with other developers, tech leaders, traders, and researchers to outline the technical needs for each trading application
- Work with technology and business stakeholders in iterative fashion to deliver platform functionality
- Develop greenfield innovative solutions to address business needs What We're Looking For
- Expected to graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field by 2024-2025
- Experience programming in either Python, C++ or Java in Linux environments
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
