Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Latin America
Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.
This role focuses on applying AI coding assistants and large language models to accelerate everyday software development. Working directly with code and AI coding assistants, the engineer builds capabilities that automate workflows, improve efficiency, and increase developer productivity while diagnosing and resolving coding and AI-related issues. The overarching objective is to maximize development output through the practical and effective use of AI tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with hands-on experience in AI and agentic development.
