Job title: Software Engineer - Supply Chain
What will you be responsible for? Design and build software-based solutions applied in the context of Supply Chain Planning & Execution Globally. Maintain existent solutions (legacy), providing fixes and enhancements. Understand the main processes and data flows of different business units, developing solutions aligned with their needs. Maintain close contact with the IT organization, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. Propose improvements to the team’s internal processes, increasing the robustness of deliverables and identifying solutions for challenging scenarios. Act as technical reference within the team, supporting peers through code reviews, mentoring and knowledge transfer. Identify opportunities to improve software architecture, code quality and delivery processes to ensure sustainable growth.
What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Software Development, or related fields. Experience working with software development. Dynamic and objective profile with a strong problem-solving orientation. Professional English. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to code quality and system robustness and performance. Knowledge of: Python: Advanced. SQL: Intermediate. HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Advanced. Flask (or related): Advanced. Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS or GCloud): Intermediate. CI/CD Pipelines: Intermediate. Version Control (Git): Intermediate.
