About the job

We're building a new kind of onchain trading product. It isn't another exchange. The interesting part is the design of the system itself: who wins, who loses, who owns what, and what happens at the edges.

What you'll do

• Build and ship the product end to end, onchain and off, in frequent releases.

• Help design the mechanics: pricing, payouts, rewards, liquidations and tokens.

• Think like an attacker. Anything with money in it gets probed within hours of launch, so you find the holes first.

• Work with AI coding agents every day: direct them, review their output, and decide when not to use them.

• What we look for

• Strong engineering ability and a fast learning rate.

• Something you built that people actually used.

• Familiarity with onchain markets: you trade, or have used DEXes, bridges and wallets.

• Interest in mechanism design and incentives.

• Ownership. You can start without a detailed spec.

• No specific stack, degree or years of experience required.

This is a remote role. You must live and work in one of these countries. We verify identity and work location during the interview process. Willingness to travel for in-person time with the team is a must.

Compensation

Base salary: $70,000–$110,000 USD per year, depending on experience. Compensation also includes a token allocation. Details are shared during the interview process.
