About the Role
Cashflo is seeking a .NET-focused software engineer with 1+ years of experience to design, build, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI, and microservices. The role emphasizes modern development practices, AI-assisted workflows, and migrating legacy .NET Framework apps to .NET Core, with strong PostgreSQL and SQL Server skills.
What You'll Do

Develop and maintain robust C#/.NET applications using ASP.NET, WebAPI, and MVC patterns

Implement asynchronous programming with async/await, Tasks, and parallel processing

Build loosely coupled, scalable microservices and contribute to architecture decisions

Migrate .NET Framework applications to .NET Core

Work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, focusing on performance optimization

Collaborate independently, multitask, and take ownership; apply AI for development workflows or agentic development

Explore containerization and cloud services as needed (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure)

What We're Looking For

1+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET, with strong proficiency in Generics, Thread Management, and OOP

Hands-on experience with ASP.NET and WebAPI

Excellent understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await, Tasks) and parallel processing

Solid understanding of MVC architecture and clean, maintainable code

Experience building loosely coupled, scalable applications and microservices

Good knowledge of SQL Server concepts and performance optimization; PostgreSQL knowledge

Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership

Must-have: Experience with AI for development workflows; migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET Core; PostgreSQL knowledge
