Job title: Software Engineer - Multiple Netflix Engineering Teams
About the Role Netflix develops and deploys the technologies that entertain the world. As an engineer, you will build innovative solutions across a range of teams—from Ads Engineering to Infrastructure Engineering—likely from one of our engineering hubs in the U.S. or Poland. These teams partner with Product and Data & Insights to deliver secure, efficient content experiences across devices.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain the Ad Platform that delivers ads, integrate ads into the member experience, develop systems that enable targeted and personalized ads, optimize delivery of ads, and support upstream/downstream systems for planning, campaign management, measurement and reporting, and financial integrations.
- Collaborate with Product and Data & Insights teams to create seamless and engaging experiences for content across devices.
- Work with multiple engineering teams (Ads, Commerce, Content & Business, Games, Infrastructure) to reimagine how content is delivered securely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building high-performance advertising systems and ad tech infrastructure.
- Ability to integrate ads into user experiences and support targeted/personalized advertising.
- Experience with planning, campaign management, measurement, reporting, and financial integrations for advertising.
- Strong collaboration with Product and Data & Insights teams and willingness to work across global hubs (U.S. and Poland).
