About the Role As a Software Engineer you will help develop market leading products for the most demanding users. You will be part of a highly talented self-sufficient team and involved in every step of designing, developing, validating, deploying, and maintaining a platform for mission critical communication. You will help write soft real-time applications with emphasis on high availability, reliability, low latency response times, and ensuring their continuous operation. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, validate, deploy, and maintain a platform for mission critical communication.
- Write soft real-time applications with high availability, reliability, and low latency response times.
- Work in small agile teams and collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver solutions used by end users.
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle using our technology stack: Elixir, TypeScript, Angular, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, Redis, PostgreSQL, NATS.io, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Helm. What We're Looking For
- University degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Proficient software programmer with experience in functional programming or a desire to learn it.
- Understanding of Agile, CI/CD and DevOps.
- Passion for building low-latency, high-performance, highly available systems.
- Interest in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to challenge existing approaches. Nice to Have
- Experience deploying software using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with Message Brokers and inter-machine communication structures such as Protocol Buffers.
- Experience building distributed systems using microservices; cloud architecture.
- Experience deploying in the cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and using CI/CD pipelines. Compensation & Benefits
