About the Role We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join MercadoLibre’s PCS team to help build and scale internal systems that empower recruitment and people operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features on schedule
- Write tests, review code, and participate in design discussions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java)
- Experience with cloud services and RESTful APIs
Nice to Have
- Experience with HRIS or recruitment tech
- Familiarity with data analytics and dashboards
