About the Role HCLTech Sri Lanka offers opportunities for fresh graduates through TechBee, HCL’s Early Career Program. The program provides 12 months of training for entry-level engineering roles and places candidates as Software Engineers/IT Analysts on global projects. Our workforce is largely fresh talent (nearly 80%), with women making up almost 29%, in a diverse, international culture. What You'll Do
- Participate in TechBee, HCL’s Early Career Program, including 12 months of training for entry-level engineering roles.
- After training, contribute as a Software Engineer/IT Analyst on projects for global clients.
- Collaborate with a diverse, international team and contribute to innovative projects. What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates or university graduates with a B.Sc. or B.Sc. (Hons) in technology who want to start careers as Software Engineers/IT Analysts.
- Interest in software engineering and IT analysis; willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Ability to work in Sri Lanka (Colombo) and be comfortable in an inclusive, diverse workplace; strong work ethic; good communication skills; English proficiency.
- Enthusiasm to join a global tech company and contribute to teams.
