About the role
We are seeking a Software Engineer II to join a dynamic team focused on building platforms where advanced AI models learn through simulated workflows. This role involves developing backend services, data pipelines, and contributing to architectural decisions. You will collaborate closely with research and product teams based in the US to create training infrastructure for frontier AI applications across software engineering, finance, and legal domains.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 3 - 8 years
Compensation: Competitive salary range of 30 - 150 LPA, strong equity over 4 years, performance bonuses, and additional housing support in the first year.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and data pipelines for AI training environments.
- Develop simulated workflows integrating real tools and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including US-based research and product groups.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to scale infrastructure.
Qualifications
