About the Role This strategy and transformation–focused software engineering role will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Management, and 3rd-party Engineering vendors to define and execute the company’s forward-looking vision and high-impact transformation initiatives. Based in Mexico City with a hybrid work arrangement, you’ll help shape product features and drive scalable, secure software solutions. What You'll Do
- Lead the definition, design, and development of product features from concept to delivery.
- Work within a development squad for restaurant products, focusing on new functionality and reducing technical debt.
- Apply software engineering best practices to maintain high-quality standards.
- Verify software through unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews.
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
- Contribute to all stages of the agile lifecycle — from design to delivery. What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies; strong knowledge of SQL and C++.
- Experience building REST APIs and modern backend architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services: AWS (Lambda, S3), Azure Functions, and GCP.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Management, Technical Management, and 3rd-party engineering vendors in a hybrid environment.
