About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join Airwallex’s Global Treasury and Payment Network (GTPN) team in Singapore. You’ll collaborate with product managers and designers to build and scale global treasury and payment solutions that power customers worldwide. This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility fintech infrastructure and shape the future of global banking.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Innovate: backend with Kotlin/Java or frontend with ReactJS to build cutting-edge financial solutions.
- Collaborate and Create: work with engineers, product managers, and designers to take finance products from concept to launch.
- Understand and Empathize: dive into customer needs to design solutions that resonate with users.
- Measure and Optimize: use data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or engineering.
- Robust expertise in Kotlin/Java; strong background in system design and software development.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset; ability to interpret data to inform decisions and improve product performance and user satisfaction.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with frontend development using ReactJS or full-stack capabilities.
- Comfortable collaborating across product and design; strong teamwork.
