About the Role Software Engineer at MTSI supporting mission-critical systems requiring a Full Scope Polygraph clearance. This role involves contributing to software development efforts for defense-related programs in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and maintain software components for DoD programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, security, and program management.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Write and execute unit/integration tests; help with deployment and maintenance of software. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of software development experience with proficiency in languages such as C/C++, Java, or Python.
- Experience with software development in secure/regulated environments; ability to obtain and maintain Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team. Nice to Have
- Experience with embedded/RTOS, safety-critical or DoD programs.
