- Create and maintain developer remote workspace infrastructure, templates, container configurations, base images, development tools, and onboarding documentation.
- Improve reliability and usability through monitoring, alerting, runbooks, dashboards, and support automation.
- Write clear internal documentation, examples, and paved-road guides for builders.
- Identify recurring developer pain points and contribute improvements to shared frameworks, templates, and platform tooling.
- Participate in operational support for owned platforms while reducing toil through automation.
- Enable AI-assisted development across the platform (e.g., integrating MCP-style capabilities, packaging internal tools, and improving developer experience with AI tools). What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps or a related role.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience building and operating solutions in AWS.
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
- Interest in developer tooling, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, and secure software delivery.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, version control, and system design.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing team priorities and contribute across a range of platform engineering responsibilities, including areas outside immediate prior experience. Nice to Have

- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with artifact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory, Nexus, GitHub Packages, or similar.
- Experience with security scanning tools, dependency management, code scanning, or vulnerability remediation workflows.
- Comfort partnering with multiple engineering teams and influencing adoption through strong technical execution. Compensation & Benefits
