Job title: Software Engineer - Connectivity/BPaaS
About the Role Join an agile team of 5-7 people working on the Simcorp Data Connectivity product. You will understand and challenge customer requirements, discuss solutions, implement and test the chosen solution, and support it. The role centers on C#/.NET with cloud-native Azure services and an Angular Web UI, based in Warsaw with collaboration across Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, Austria, and Germany.
What You'll Do
- Work with your team to understand and challenge customer requirements, discuss solutions, implement and test the chosen solution, and support it
- Build features using C#/.NET and cloud-native Microsoft Azure services; develop and maintain Angular-based UI
- Continuously improve build times, rearchitect components for better performance, and collaborate effectively
- Participate in an agile environment and contribute to team learning and process improvements
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and time zones
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of software engineering experience using C# and .NET
- Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably using ARM, Bicep, PowerShell and Azure Pipelines
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
- Good communication skills and fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Angular is a plus
- Understanding of Lean/Agile practices, values and principles is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure in production environments (cost pricing, Availability SLAs, security) is a plus

- Experience working in FinTech or with data connectivity products
- Ability to take ownership, try new approaches, and collaborate to leverage team strengths
