About the Role We are seeking a talented, fully remote Software Engineer to join MPG's backend team. Based in the UK or EU, you’ll collaborate with backend engineers across MPG to build, deploy and integrate backend services for world-class multiplayer games with external co-dev clients. What You'll Do
- Construct systems, write code, and handle deployments
- Work with the team lead and stakeholders to estimate and prioritise work
- Collaborate with peers to iterate on solutions that fit requirements
- Keep the project lead and producer apprised of revised estimates and delivery times
- Promote high standards and process: tests, CI/CD, documentation
- Help and support team members in day-to-day work
- Understand, maintain and expand existing code and develop new features or systems What We're Looking For
