About the Role As a software engineer, you will join a committed team of developers working close to market, sales and quality functions. You will be part of the entire application life cycle and develop software used by customers worldwide. You will have the opportunity to contribute to research and technology innovation initiatives and work in an agile environment from idea to final product.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality software in an agile environment from the first idea to the final product.
- Work with the latest tools and technologies and integrate with market, sales and quality functions.
- Be part of end-to-end development life cycles and interact with customers during development.
- Contribute to research and technology innovation initiatives to keep Atlas Copco Group at the forefront.
- Strive to improve efficiency, quality, safety, speed, ergonomics, and environmental performance.
- Collaborate with teams across software engineering, service, sales and manufacturing and other business support areas.

- Ability to learn, adapt and grow through a variety of projects and learning opportunities.
- Interest in innovation and continuous improvement; experience with automated and manual testing is a plus.
- Comfortable working in an international environment across Belgium, the United Kingdom and Sweden locations.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in production environments at customer sites is beneficial.
- Experience with modern infrastructure and tools.
