Job title: Software Engineer - API & Integrations
About the Role Join Factorial as a Software Engineer on the API & Integrations team, where AI is at the core of our Business Management platform. Help build agentic workflows and LLM-integrated features that power thousands of companies and shape how people work with software. You’ll contribute to the API surface and developer experiences that enable internal and external developers to build on Factorial.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered features on top of our Ruby on Rails and React stack.
- Contribute to the API & Integrations team by improving product surface and developer experiences, including publishing in our public API.
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that work in production and delight users.
- Build integrations framework and probabilistic, robust systems to move beyond deterministic behavior.
