About the Role
Airwallex is seeking software engineers to join the Global Treasury and Payment Network (GTPN) team in Singapore. You’ll help expand and strengthen Airwallex’s global treasury and payment network by building scalable financial solutions and collaborating with product managers and designers. This role offers the opportunity to impact customers worldwide and grow with a fast-moving fintech platform.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Innovate: You’ll work on backend systems using Kotlin/Java or frontend interfaces with ReactJS to build cutting-edge financial solutions.
- Collaborate and Create: Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring finance products from concept to launch.
- Understand and Empathize: Dive into customer needs to design solutions that resonate with users.
- Measure and Optimize: Use data to measure product success and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or engineering-related majors.
- Robust expertise in Kotlin/Java and experience with system design and software development.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset; ability to interpret data to inform decisions and improve product performance.
