Software Engineer – AI Native (Python, Node.js & React.js)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Work Mode: Full-time, In-office (4 Days) Experience: 1–5 years

About Affluense Affluense is a Relationship Intelligence Platform that helps financial professionals discover HNI prospects, track real-time deals, and identify warm introductions using AI-powered insights.

Role We’re looking for a Software Engineer who can work across the stack and help us build and scale our AI and data platform. You’ll work on:

• Building backend APIs and services using Python and Node.js
• Building responsive product interfaces using React.js
• Integrating AI models and external APIs into production workflows
• Building and maintaining data pipelines
• Working with MongoDB, SQL, and large-scale datasets
• Improving application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Cloud deployments, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD* Taking features from idea to production and owning them end-to-end

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Node.js, and React.js

• 2–5 years of software development experience

• Experience building APIs, backend services, and web applications

• Good understanding of data structures, OOP, and system design* Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms

• Comfortable working across frontend and backend when required* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership

• Good to have: Experience with AI/ML integrations, LLM APIs, data pipelines, fintech, wealth management, or working with large datasets.
