About the Role Software Embedded Functional Safety and Reliability Engineer based in Saint-Ouen, focused on RAMS for a rolling stock innovation program. You will plan, steer, and challenge RAMS deliverables, ensuring safety and reliability while collaborating with a multicultural team. What You'll Do
- Plan and manage RAMS activities and deliverables for projects and programs
- Ensure compliance with safety and reliability requirements per Alstom policies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align RAMS objectives
- Assess and demonstrate safety and reliability performance of Alstom products
- Define and track safety and reliability actions to closure
- Coordinate with independent parties (ISA, NoBo, DeBo) to address open points
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on RAMS activities and progress
- Contribute to continuous improvement of RAMS processes and tools What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical or railway engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of RAMS experience, ideally more than 10, with ability to challenge solutions and contribute strategically
- Agile, curious and collaborative
- Understanding of RAMS methodologies and tools
- Knowledge of engineering/validation of rolling stock integrators (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including with external stakeholders
- Time management and reporting proficiency
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and technical expression) Nice to Have
