About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive Software Development Project Manager to guide complex technology initiatives from early planning through successful release. You will coordinate across technical and business teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions are delivered on time. What You'll Do
- Leading multiple software development projects simultaneously
- Defining scope, timelines, and priorities with cross-functional stakeholders
- Facilitating collaboration between engineering, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, finance, and other partner groups
- Supporting release planning and deployment activities
- Participating in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and status updates
- Communicating progress, issues, and escalations to leadership
- Managing project changes while maintaining delivery commitments
- Documenting processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading multiple software development projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to define scope, timelines, and priorities with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience coordinating across engineering, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, finance, and other partner groups
- Experience with release planning and deployment activities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Risk management and ability to identify dependencies and mitigation strategies
- Strong communication skills with leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and status updates
- Change management and delivery commitment discipline

- Salary: 90,000 - 130,000 CAD per year
